Lucky Ice Cream Parlor and Inn (Wow? A 2 for 1 deal!)

Zerkei bowed his head and headed off upstairs to put his things away. Kvar put his hands on the counter and asked Maru "And...uh...it's it cool if we bring about twenty others of me in here? 'Cause we're gonna be doing some...population control and we really need them with us."

Momo sighed. Figured. I guess this Lord dude would have little Lordettes, she snickered.
She got up and went to her side of the cafe, the pastry side. She got a soft pillow and plopped her head on the counter to follow suit with the manager. xD

Kvar stuck his head out of the door and called out "It's okay, guys! Come on in!"
20 other skeletons walked in, demanding ice cream. Miki was beside herself with fear and...exasperation...
She didn't like having to serve this many people...er...dead people at once.

The whole inn was a-buzz with the bone rattling and cheerful clamor of all the corpses.
"Hey, do you know where the cemetery is? I'd like to pop in on an old friend," one asked.
Another sat down on a stool and used his femur (he had a very pointy femur) to pick plaque out of his teeth.

"I'm gonna go get Lord Zerkei so that we can begin the...population control...ing," Kvar shouted and headed for the stairs.

"Stop calling me 'Lord.' I'm not your Lord, Kvar, I just brought you to life," Zerkei muttered as he passed Kvar on the stairs.
Each skeleton had a belt and on that belt there was a crude long sword. On each arm, there was a crude shield made of scrap metal. And some had pots on their heads to serve as helmets and some didn't. Kvar had a plastic viking helmet complete with fur trimming and horns, although Zerkei had told him many times before that plastic wouldn't protect him in battle. He liked the horns.

"We're going to be back later tonight. We woun't make much noise," Zerkei said without looking back and Maru and strode out again.

His sad-looking army of the dead followed him out.

Simpkin watched the group walk out the door with a look of appreciation on his face. 'What a way to cause trouble...' he thought. He then started picking up the mess they had left behind. When everything had been put away, he picked up his backpack and made his way to the rooms. He picked room number five and made himself at home.

He removed a box from his backpack that was inscribed with many different Ancient Impish runes and symbols. Simpkin opened it, and a green mist poured out onto the blankets. Syngsee's ethereal head rose up and smiled at him. "I knew you could find a place to hide out," she said proudly. "Where are we?"

"An ice cream shop...I am now a busboy."

"Way to go..."

*time passing*

"So...Maru." Momo whispered as she rubbed her brow. "What do we do with the girl?"
Momo got off her stool and sat next to Maru. She clutched her pillow and stuffed rabbit close.
She sighed. She then started to humm a nice song.

(Finished her meal before Momo woke up)
Momo: "Hm? You should go to sleep."

Momo sighs. "Yes misses." Thus she falls asleep again. XD

Zerkei burst through the door at that moment, drenched in rain water and making a puddle on the floor...
He sopped over to a bar stool, panting, and lay his head on the counter.

Kvar hurried in after him, followed by three of the skeletons that he'd come in with before, using an old ratty coat to mop up the trail of dirty water Zerkei had leaked onto the floor.

"Lord Zerkei, you should wipe your feet before you enter a room," Kvar said, squeezing out the coat out onto the porch of the ice cream parlor.

Simpkin stomped down the stairs in nothing but his boxers and a AC/DC t-shirt. "What's all the ruckus? I was trying to sleep, y'know!"

A green mist begins to float down the stairs behind him without him noticing. It makes a trail back to his room...

Momo tilts her head to listen on the conversation and to take in information.
